About Rent North East

We’re Rent North East, or RNE. We let and manage homes across the North East and Greater Manchester, helping landlords look after their properties and tenants find a place to call home.

Led by Jack Barnett, our team handles everything from viewings and applicant checks to rent, repairs and inspections. We carry out applicant assessments and property inspections ourselves, so the people looking after your property know what’s happening with it.

Rent North East is a trading name of Sixthirteen Property Services Ltd (company number 11829866). We’re members of The Property Redress Scheme and hold client money protection.

A practical approach

We explain what needs doing, what it is likely to cost and which decisions need your approval. The aim is to give you a clear view of the property while reducing the work you have to handle yourself.

Support wherever you live

We work with local owners, landlords elsewhere in the UK and owners based overseas. A single property and a larger portfolio both need organised records and consistent follow-through.
