We agree a marketing plan and asking rent, prepare the listing, handle enquiries and arrange viewings. Marketing can include Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket according to the agreed package.
A clear decision on each application
We review the applicant's circumstances and supporting evidence, including affordability, credit information, employment and landlord references, legal renting checks and guarantor evidence where required. We explain relevant concerns and bring a recommendation to you.
Ready for the tenancy to start
We help coordinate the tenancy paperwork and required setup steps. The landlord's approval does not, by itself, mean keys can be released: funds, required documents and legal checks must also be complete.
Know where the handover happens
Before instruction, we explain which setup tasks are included and when responsibility for ongoing management transfers to you. Certificate costs, inventory work and other extras must be specified in your quote.
We assess your tenants ourselves
Our team reviews each application and its evidence, follows up on questions and sends you a clear report with our findings, concerns and recommendation.
