"Having been quite worried about viewing and taking on a new property in Gateshead i was soon put at ease with tho polite and friendly nature of the young man who showed me my new home to be. Jack met me in the street and showed me the flat that i had been wanting to view inside and out. He had a good knowlage of the area and even offered to meet my naybour with me before i moved in. "My process of getting in to my new home was rather tumultuous through no fault of my own or Rent North East's with a good ending which can certainly laid firmly at their feet. Rent North East (RNE) were very efficient with organising a viewing and getting paperwork dealt with. Unfortunately I moved into a property which while rented via RNE, they did not manage its maintenance. This meant that when issues started to crop up they could not help me directly. However, even though RNE were not obliged to help me with these issues Jack in particular was an absolutely superb help. Going above and beyond what was required of him, talking with the landlord and organising things to happen to settle all issues that I had.
I would heartily recommend renting through Rent North East. Though make sure that you rent a property also maintained by them because if they are only a tenth as competant and compassionate as was displayed in my case when they needn't be, you will never have any issues. If I have the opportunity to rent from RNE again I certainly would not shy away from it. And definitely advocate using them."

"They performed well in most cases. I was not happy with the house condition when i moved in, and it took some time for their response. Most of issues where fixed but some issues remained outstanding and I was told they are not to be fixed.
They are polite and easy to speak to. They gave me the impression they were stressed by the landlord but were trying their best."

"I've found my experience dealing with rent north east pleasant and smooth.
Jack and Claire have been there from the very start, with Claire promptly providing information following an inquiry the day before and offering a viewing. From there, Jack took over and he has been amazing with me since, he's very kind, very friendly and understanding.
During the application process he kept me up to date and ensured I had received all of the information I needed and answered any of my queries within a day of asking.
Sometimes I found myself getting a little nervous about the application and i'd call the office, Claire was incredibly helpful with me and ensured I got the help I needed as soon as possible.
